Availability Policy

Availability Policy: 

1. The NP has an office telephone and allows voicemails to be left at regular business hours that are posted on the website. Telephone and email messages will be responded as quick as possible aiming for 72hours. Do not leave any message that requires urgency or emergency. Do not email anything confidential. Email is for availability only. 
2. Voicemails will be checked regularly and up to date, indicating if any closures or relevant information regarding coverage arrangements or access to appropriate care outside of regular office hours, and during temporary absences from practice, say for example maternity leave. 
3. Voicemails will be reviewed and responded to in a timely manner.
