We understand the importance of educating you on the most effective ways to take care of your body, so that you can heal quickly. We are also connected to a team of health care providers to assist you with your needs.

Not only will our nurse practitioners treat your existing conditions, we also work to maximize your prevention strategies. We strive to help you improve your quality of life, achieve your wellness goals, and support your best possible life.

Scheduling an appointment

Right now, most of our initial visits are done remotely. Please call us to schedule an appointment or a phone call with your nurse practitioner. If you are having an emergency, please call 911.

Looking for in-home visit?

Did you just have surgery, such as a caesarian? We can help with home visits so you do not have to carry your little one to an in-person visit. Currently serving Elgin County and surrounding area with 35km covered, then $0.55 per kilometer. Please contact for more information.
